Instant Pot Blueberry Coffee Cake – A Delicious Breakfast or Dessert!
Right now, I’m all about the Instant Pot. It has seriously made my life so much easier. I love how you can make anything from desserts to regular foods in the Instant Pot. One of my favorites is the Instant Pot Blueberry Coffee Cake. Using real ingredients like, blueberries, butter, and eggs, you’re going to make a delicious masterpiece. By the way, blueberries are in season around late July/August but are great to freeze.
My husband and I are usually on the go in the mornings and I love having something quick and easy to make. This Instant Pot Blueberry Coffee Cake is something I love making on the weekend and then we have it for breakfast all week. You seriously don’t even know how good it is. Yes, even my girls love this recipe. When my son was home just a few days ago, he also went on and on about how delicious it is. Make it for your family and you’ll get two thumbs up!
