Paleo Tomato Basil Salad

Ingredients

yellow tomatoes

large onion

fresh basil leaves

olive oil

Tablespoons
balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper
Instructions
Quarter tomatoes and slice onions and mix together.
Add olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and mix well.
Chop basil and add to tomatoes and stir.
Let set for about 15-30 minutes stirring occasionally.
