If you have never had a Cookie Butter Blondie you are in for a nice surprise! The super moist cookie will have you scraping the pan to get every last crumb. They are super easy to prepare and a delicious treat makes the perfect snack for any time of day.

When I set out to cook, for the holidays, I want only the best. I mean, the holidays only come around once a year. My family and friends LOVE this recipe. Cookie Butter Blondies are a true southern recipe you’ll want to make this year.

Moist, chewy, and so decadent, there really isn’t another cookie out there like this. I’d have to say that this is one of my husband’s cookies. Go ahead and preheat your oven to 350°, then grease a 9 x 9 baking pan with a nonstick cooking spray. In a large mixing bowl, mix together your butter, eggs, brown sugar and white sugar using a hand or stand mixer.

 

Mix in your vanilla, salt and flour.

Fold in 1/2 cup crushed cookie butter Oreos.

Scoop your ingredients into your greased baking pan and press about 9 cookies into your batter.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is cooked thoroughly.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unbleached all purpose flour
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup salted butter, softened
  • Two large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 Cup granulated white sugar
  • Cookie butter Oreo cookies

Instructions
